How it works
Four steps to get started.
Every stage is agreed with you before the next one begins.
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. Nothing is written, pitched or charged until you confirm the scope.
-
Choose your service
Pick what you need on the services page and see the estimated price before you contact us.
-
Share your requirements
Tell us your audience, the page you want to link to, and anything to avoid.
-
Confirm the scope and timing
We agree the details, price and delivery dates in writing, then work starts.
-
Review the delivery
We do the work to the approved brief, then you check it against the agreed scope with a placement or file report.
Sample delivery
Every line traced back to your brief.
A finished extract with our own notes in the margin. It walks the notes on its own — tap any marker to take over.
A 500 ml flask built for the commute, not the shelf
The stainless steel body holds a full 500 ml — enough for a morning coffee and a refill at your desk. A screw lid with a silicone seal keeps it closed in a bag. The whole flask goes in the dishwasher at the end of the day. It comes in three colourways.
- 500 ml capacity, stainless steel body
- Screw lid with a silicone seal
- Dishwasher safe
- Available in three colourways
Margin notes
Capacity leads the headline
The number a shopper checks first goes in the headline, so the page answers the size question before they scroll.
From your brief: “500 ml” in the specification sheet.
The seal, described as a benefit
The lid is not just listed. It is written as the reason the flask survives a bag — but the claim stops exactly where your specification stops.
From your brief: “Screw lid with silicone seal”.
Care instruction in plain words
“Goes in the dishwasher at the end of the day” reads faster than “dishwasher safe” and says exactly the same thing.
From your brief: “Dishwasher safe”.
Variants, not adjectives
Colourways are stated as a count. We do not name or describe colours you have not supplied.
From your brief: “Three colourways”.
Nothing in this copy exists without a line in your specification. No heat-retention figures, materials or certifications are added.
Why SEO Hunt
Focused work. Clear expectations.
A brief with a purpose
Audience, context, and requirements guide the work. We write the brief down before we start, so there is one shared version of what good looks like.
A process you can follow
Scope and review points remain clear. You know which stage the work is at, what is coming next, and what needs your approval.
Delivery you can use
Content and reporting are organised around the agreed requirements, in the formats you asked for, with the placement details recorded.
FAQs
Questions people ask first.
Two things: link building and content writing. Link building covers blogger outreach, niche edits, infographic outreach and multilingual outreach. Content writing covers blog writing, press release writing, website copywriting, article writing and product descriptions. Nine services in total, and nothing outside them.
Yes. Each of the nine services can be scoped on its own — a single set of placements, or one batch of product descriptions. Many clients combine outreach with writing, but there is no requirement to buy a bundle.
Regularly. We work directly with businesses, with agencies delivering for their own clients, and with in-house marketing teams. For agency work we keep reporting in a format you can pass on, and we follow whatever approval chain you need.
A short brief is enough to begin: your audience, the outcome you want, and the target URL or product information. For writing we also ask for brand voice notes or an example you like; for outreach we agree publisher criteria and anchor text before anyone is contacted.
Every service on the services page shows a starting price and a live estimate in USD. Those prices are indicative: the final cost and the delivery dates are confirmed in writing once we have your brief, because they depend on volume, content requirements and the target market. Nothing renews automatically.
The number of revision rounds and what counts as a revision are agreed as part of the scope for each project. Changes that sit inside the approved brief are handled within that scope; a change of direction is re-quoted before we act on it. We do not offer an unlimited-revision policy.
